Why I don’t believe in “starter peptide stacks”

Starter peptide stacks sound efficient.
In practice, they ignore physiology.

At Sage, we’ve learned that two people can walk in with the same goal—fat loss, energy, recovery—and need completely different approaches. Not because one is “more complex,” but because biology is contextual.

Peptides are not supplements.
They are
biologic signals.

If someone is under-eating, over-training, sleeping poorly, or chronically stressed, no stack—no matter how trendy—will override those signals.

This is why we focus less on protocols and more on patterns:

  • How does your body respond?
  • What changes first?
  • What stalls?
  • What improves quietly over time?

Sometimes the most clinical decision is restraint.
Sometimes the smartest move is waiting.
And sometimes doing less creates more progress.

That philosophy is what guides our work—and why we care more about long-term outcomes than quick wins.
